About This Course

This is a LIVE Hybrid training that will take place both in-person and via streaming through Zoom  on Friday, May 27, 2022 from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (CST) at First United Methodist Church - Clayton Hall, 200 S. Church St., Jackson, TN 38301.

You will need to provide a screenshot or physical copy of your receipt of payment in order to be admitted into the live event.

  2. Explain the Burnout Spectrum and how to recognize burnout
  3. Identify healthy ways of managing and reversing burnout.

John Redden, MS, LPC-MHSP AS, SAP Qualified

John is a licensed therapist in the State of Tennessee. He received his bachelor’s degree from Harding University and his Master’s degree from The University of Memphis in Counseling Psychology. John has worked since 1987 in several capacities related to the counseling profession, marketing, and administration. He has worked extensively as a group facilitator. John has maintained an outpatient practice throughout his career. He currently maintains a small practice in Jackson, TN. He is co-founding partners with Laura White in Stability.Growth Solutions, LLC seeking to troubleshoot and remedy relationship issues in companies and organizations with the focus of leadership relationship and increasing productivity. They work to enable the development of leader/employee synergy, thereby enhancing workforce wellbeing known as Business Therapeutics. He is an EAP Affiliate with several companies. He has an extensive background in teaching, public speaking, workshops, and seminars as well as audio and video production to enhance trainings. Topics focus on all major arenas of his therapeutic and business experience including parenting and positive structure in the home and schools, and a wide selection of work life topics. John has experience working for his father’s consulting company and other businesses. He is also co-founder of ScriptureComfort producing premium relaxation and meditation products. Both as a creative outlet and professionally John is also a voice actor and an occasional commercial spokesman. John lives in Jackson, is married to Rita McCaslin and has a son, Jourdan, who is a teacher in Memphis.
